HELLO, I'M Rachel

I’m passionate about creating beautiful, personalized hair that fits who you are and how you live. I especially love lived-in color, blondes, and curly/wavy hair. As someone with naturally curly hair myself, I understand the importance of learning to work with your natural texture and beauty. I believe being a hairstylist is about more than creating a beautiful look—it’s about helping you understand your own hair. I love listening to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and concerns, then customizing their hair and explaining the “why” behind what we’re doing. I want my clients to leave not only feeling confident, but also more knowledgeable and equipped to care for their hair at home. 

Hair health and overall wellness are especially important to me, which is why I’m passionate about taking a more health-conscious approach in an industry that doesn’t always prioritize it. Working in a low-toxin, organic salon allows me to be intentional about the products we use and what we expose to our bodies. I believe healthy hair is the foundation of beautiful hair, and that beauty and wellness should go hand in hand.

Outside of the salon, I’m very family and faith oriented. I’m happiest outdoors fishing, canoeing, hiking, or simply enjoying nature. I also enjoy creative hobbies like sewing and baking, which give me another opportunity to slow down, learn, create and enjoy the little things of life!
